Project Blue Beam – Have you heard about this?
I’m a curious person. I’m always taking in information. Learning never ends. I’m grateful for this learning capacity. It’s fantastic when I learn stuff that helps me create a better experience. And I’ve found that the process has diminished Fear & worries while increasing my appreciation of the true beauty of life.
I’ve been studying ways to master body reactions — emotions, sensations, and the surges that come with adrenaline. One of the most powerful tools is breath control. Learning to stay conscious of your breathing — and to guide it — this is useful for keeping your wits about you.
There are countless techniques and exercises out there to help you practice this. It’s not rocket science. But I think it’s a good idea to do this consistently before you really need it, so when things hit the rev limiter, you can exercise your will.

Dave and I have seen many UFOs in the sky. We’re always looking. And we see things….. ???? We see flashy light orbs from our house in Texas. I saw one out there last night. I don’t know what any of it is.

I did this little painting recently. It was a gift for someone. It’s a copy of an illustration in a book called “The Wind In The Willows”. Maybe you know it. I had this storybook when I was a child and I also remember an animated movie based on the book.
The frame is wood. I thrifted it. Cleaned it up and painted it gold.
It was fun to do.
