Acrylic on Board – vintage frame painted to compliment the artwork. Painted in 2020 in Todos Santos, BCS, Mexico. I was living in a 1965 truck camper at the time. I painted outdoors under palm trees at a little folding table. I was frequently visited by two large lizards and a mourning dove with a bad foot. I picked up a leaf on one of my walks. It transitioned into these beautiful orange colors on its way from green to brown. I decided to paint it.
